Today was the original deadline of our animation assignment (new deadline is 12th of next month) and I presented my half finished animation to the class. The teacher didn't really find any fault in it aside from the obvious mistakes and unfinished parts he assumed I saw too and would eventually fix. I was a bit surprised that no one had actually finished their animation yet, only few had near finished versions. A few people hadn't gotten past storyboarding.
I found out that if I and few friends come up with a 3d project for us to do during the summer, the government will pay us the student support money for those months too. Don't have any ideas yet, but I'm sure we can come up with something... It's basically free money.
When I was in the store, some guy followed me around and was picking out the same items I was. I asked him what he was doing and he explained he "wanted to eat something tasty" and thought "following the fat guy would help him with that". So I tried to buy three bottles of suryp just to see if hed do it too, but remembered I really don't have money to waste right now. He followed me to the liqour store too and bought a bottle of whiskey even though he said he hated it, but decided to "finish what he had started". After that he thanked me and went away.
I started painting a bioshock picture today based on a sketch done by a friend. I was thinking of doing it real nice and put it in my portfolio under "illustration", but sort of doubt I'll have the patience.
I've had Leevi and the Leavings songs stuck in my head the past few days. Mainly this one.
It's really hot out today.

It WAS hot. Now we have a sort of a storm here. But the story with this guy in the store... is it really true? 'cause it sounds a bit creepy to me. You know, imagining a fat You.
ReplyDeleteOf course it is true.
ReplyDeleteLeevit kunniaan, sulla on näemmä hyvä musiikkimaku.
